DEPOSIT POLICY

  • 50% deposit required with reservation of three or more nights.
  • 100% deposit required in advance if stay is less than three nights.
  • We accept VISA, Mastercard and Discover.
  • Personal checks are acceptable 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 85% of the deposit is refundable if you cancel this reservation (30) thirty or more days prior to your arrival date, after this time period all payments are nonrefundable.  All cancellations must be in writing.

  • One off street parking per suite guarantied. Rooms parking are limited.
